I can't believe how quickly this week has flown by -- another Thursday?? But I am grateful for this week, even if it did slip away from me too quickly.
My birthday is Saturday, so John asked me for some hints for what to get me as a gift. Well, I've already received the wonderful gifts I mentioned here, and I really already have everything I could possibly need. Of course I joke about wanting an iPad or a new car, but really, I'm grateful for our life together and what we share. We have a cute apartment in a part of town that I love, we have cars that run, jobs, great families, and much more food than we could (or should) ever need! Besides, my iPod Classic from 2005 still works anyway!
